I am a Project Officer in School of Water Resources from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, West Bengal, INDIA. I received the M.S (by research) degree in School of Water Resources (2016) from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, West Bengal, INDIA. I received the Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from University of Calcutta, in 2009, the M.Sc. degree in Remote Sensing & GIS from the Vidyasagar University, Paschim Medinipur, in 2011 and the M.Sc. degree in Geography from the C.S.J.M Kanpur University, Uttar Pradesh, in 2013. I already worked in the area of crop identification using multispectral and hyperspectral satellite images, hydrological modeling (e.g. SWAT), groundwater modeling and integrated watershed management system, and the impact of climate change. I have 5 years experience in the research project. I was working two research projects: (a) Ganga River Basin Environmental Management Plan and (b) Efficiency Study of Damodar Left Bank Irrigation System and Strategies for Integrated Command Area Water Management.  I am GIS consultant for preparing various topographical and geo-hydrological digitized maps as a consultant for WATER implemented 3 numbers of projects (IWMP-14, Bhaluka, IWMP-15, Laboni and IWMP-16, Dakai) in Paschim Medinipur district of West Bengal, INDIA. The preparation of output digitized maps based on cadastral and satellite maps involving rapid survey, ground truthing, analysis, compilation and finally preparation of GIS maps with various layers of soil, slope, vegetation , land use, elevation etc as per IWMP guidelines used by Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development , Govt. of India. I published several journals and conference papers.
