I am a senior consultant with over 30 years of experience in water engineering, focusing strongly on flood risk management and planning. I have extensive, proven expertise in the technical and economic management of contracts, as well as in the strategic coordination and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. My flexibility and adaptability to complex working conditions and multicultural environments have enabled me to successfully deliver projects in a wide range of countries, including Spain, Mauritania, Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Peru, the Philippines, Vietnam, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. Several of these projects were financed by international institutions (ADB, IADB, and EuropeAid). I am a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and have intermediate proficiency in French.
